Selection of the raw materials
Quality already starts with the selection of the raw materials and their origins. Employees are taught the importance of quality through constant trainings.
Delivery inspection of raw materials
Only fresh material that is free of foreign bodies and fulfils strict limits for harmful substances and contaminants is accepted.
Removal of foreign bodies
In a multi-stage process, foreign bodies are almost completely removed with the help of metal detectors, sieves and a optical colour sorter. Fine foils and hair are vacuumed.
Process control system
All the steps in the processing were defined in accordance with an HACCP concept. Experienced workers monitor the production via live cams and know exactly when they need to intervene.
Seamless documentation
All parameters are constantly recorded and controlled by the production manager and the official veterinarian.
Sampling at filling station
Samples are taken from all deliveries. These are inspected and returned.
